Woolly hat and gloves essential but I do wear shorts whatever the weather, and no, my legs are never cold.Well done running in this weather, committed runners baffle me
My daughter who is 7 months pregnant has been for a 2 mile run this morning in -5 ice & fog & its hilly where she lives

When it is this cold it's really great getting out to somewhere like a gym. Stops you feeling closed in and getting tempted to to just get wrapped nice and warm against the cold. Good to see other people moving and doing stuff, gets me feeling more upbeat. Miss that about he gym .. semi-tempted to join one again .. but family commitments mean I know I'd never get there enough LOL!Raw eggs yuk, but great FBG
Drove 10 miles to the gym at 6.45 this morning in -7, think I’ve lost the plot
I solve your family problem by getting out and back whilst they are still asleep. Agree on the eggs, in my younger days before protein powders were available it was quite common after a gym session to have half a pint of milk with a couple of eggs cracked in.When it is this cold it's really great getting out to somewhere like a gym. Raw eggs blended into the shake taste great .. really creamy and rich, seem to raise the blood sugar less too!
