Breakfast (7.30 am): Baked beans & mushrooms on toast, OJ {332 Cal / 3.2g Carbs}
Lunch (12pm): Squash, coconut & chilli soup, caraway bread {139 Cal / 21.8g Carbs}
Strawberries, raspberries, yoghurt, pecans {129 Cal / 11.1g Carbs}
Snack (4pm): Fruitcake {153 Cal / 24.7g Carbs}
Adding a little brandy to the xmas cakes, thought that a little quality control was needed.
They will be iced at the weekend so I won't be able to 'try' them again after that. I do my cakes in loaf tins
so they can be sampled without changing their shape.
Dinner (6pm): Jackfruit curry, fennel seed paratha {405 Cal / 36.4g Carbs}
Grilled mango, cardamom kulfi {153 Cal / 21.7g Carbs}
5 cups of coffee (3 of them decaf)
