If you get that rattling sound or green phlegm call the GP and see if they'll prescribe antibiotics. Don't want a chest infection over Christmas. Managed to get my mum a quick emergency appt with the GP last week and she prescribed antibiotics. If you let them know you're a T2 and showing signs of chest infection they will probably see you or GP may just prescribe an emergency pack of antibiotics. There's a lot of this going about and they don't want A&Es filling up with sick people over Christmas, the system cannot copeThanks, feel like an elephants sitting on it, headache, earache, zero energy, told not to go to work tomorrow either, think sons feeling guilty, he had it last week & when he did manage to get to work he just laid on the sofa in the office

Steps mostly walking round hospital
111 got me a telephone appointment with gp, hours later, gp not happy apparently medical emergency & told me to get to a&e straight away, diabetes nurse rang me & said the same,
Seen within 5 minutes of getting to a&e, then had to wait for consultant to be called out
Fortunately b/s not affected by stress, she’s getting me an appointment to see one of my consultants at a local hospital
