Really cross this morning, have been strictly low carbing since getting an impaired fasting bg reading and despite losing weight bmi from 24 to 20, upping exercise, used to walk dog 4 miles a day now I run for three times a week for 30 mins as well. My fasting bg this morning was 5.6, and I have had a few mornings like this.
Yesterday I only eat unsweetened soy yoghurt plus almonds for breakfast, tin mackarel salad for lunch, plus 2 peices 90% chocolate, then we went out for curry in the evening but I only had chicken tikka sag, plus some bindi bhaji, no rice, naan bread not even a sniff! And I had a couple of glasses of red wine. Feel totally fed up that I am trying so hard and my readings are going up!
