Me and my son have had stinking colds this last week - just wondered which are the best sugar free Beechams type drinks people use? Tried using the original beechams blackcurrant but 2 hrs later my bg was 10.1!!!!! DON'T want to do that again :shock:

Ha ha! Thanks Lilibet, wish I could do the bed but with my autistic teenager and 6 month old kitten being equally attention-seeking I don't get much chance! Luckily, I don't go back to college till September so I have the luxury of free time during the day. Now my kitten has been speyed I can let her out in the garden for an hour
