Feeling peed off sorry for it being a negative first post :(

Ok, mossy77, im off to noddy land as im a coach driver and I have a film crew all around london early tomorrow, :)))
 
6.5 fasting test this morning

wifes is 7.3 2 hours after having 1 and a half crumpets
 
7.3 after 3.5 hours after dinner of beans toms and scrambled egg and feel hungry allready
 
7.0 @ - 30 mins after dinner added tiny bit of carbs as was feeling **** with no engery but only a whole meal pitta bread but this last week my calorie intake is at just over 1000 cal a day not bad concidering im allowed 4 x that amount weight should fall off :)
 
Mossy, you must test before you eat, then again at 2 hours after your first bite. You need to be consistent in your testing. If you look at the difference in your levels from before to plus 2 hours, that will tell you what that meal has done to your levels. The rise should be no more than 2mmol/l, ideally under 1.5mmol/l.

Hi mossy
I felt **** and had no energy the first week or too with low carbs, but then I got used to it and feel better. Stick at it.
 
im testing as much as i can bluetit testing in a mo after 2 hours just seeing what the tiny bit of carbs is doing as first time for carbs in 3 days i type it here so i can keep a log lol but yerr i know what u mean
