im feeling a bit better had scrambled egg and mushrooms for breakfast im not really a breakfast eater anyway but it was lush not sure about if tinned toms are ok ? so didnt bother with um

hopefully borrow my ol gals meter again in bit check my bloods

i will do that bluetit hopefully they are pulling there finger out and be there tomoz after my last visit i kins of told them all about themselves

really great full to the people on here taking time out there lifes to help another thats me all over but its good to see others like it gives me hope

Ok , don't panic, write down all that she's eaten over the last 24 hrs and see if you can identify anything different that could be responsible for the spike, if it's just the same foods being eaten ,smaller portion or drop a food you suspect .

she had omolete with salad for tea last night and poached eggs this morning

about 15 cups of coffee in last 24 hours no sugar tho but she dont drink nothing else

also she aint had much kip like myself and been running around like a blue assed fly like me all week
