Quick question which might be totally unrelated.

I have noticed that I am really feeling the cold this year. I'm in my mid 30s and have never felt the cold!

I'm actually wearing PJ's at night which I have note done since I was very little!

So I'm either getting older

I have lost a load of weight and my "padding" isn't helping me any more

It's something to do with circulation?

Any thoughts?

It could be purely that you have less ‘natural insulation’ having lost weight. I feel the cold more since my weight loss too :)

I think it’s rubbish when they say fat people don’t get cold etc as they have all that insulation. I’m not fat but overweight and I feel the cold terribly. My hands and feet are always cold. I wear 2 pairs of gloves and still my hands are numb!
