Can someone point me in the direction of Fergus's bread recipe please, and if possible let me know where I can get the ingredients on-line (I live in Switzerland and will have to order them). Many thanks.
Fergus says it stays about a week. It doesn't last that long in my house. Just gets eaten. It should freeze, but I haven't tried. I did use Fresh yeast last time and a bit more water. Also started it in a hot oven like conventional bread.
