Two weeks on and I am still fighting a virus which started before I had my flu jab then I thought I was getting better, had my flu jab and it came back again with a vengeance. I thought I had a pretty good immune system as I very rarely get cough/colds but this has knocked me for six big time.

I take R-Alpha Lipoic Acid and Co-enzyme Q10 (as I’m on statins).

Are there other ‘important’ supplements which one should take to boost immune system especially for us diabetics - I want to be prepared so that I don’t get chance to get it again, it was a particularly nasty one. Thanks

Try Citricidal liquid - its basically grape seed extract. Very bitter tasting but very good at fighting virus, bacteria etc. Flattens stomach bugs. I had gastroenteritis which didn't want to go away, and within 2 doses of Citricidal in water (about 10 drops in a glass of water), it had gone away.

I take colostrum capsules also.

I drink a mix of cummin, raspberry and grape seeds. I find that it helps more than all drugs all together. My immunes much stronger since I drink this. Hope u get better soon! X

Turmeric and black pepper!! My hubby off sick for first time ever in 50 years due to a virus last year...
i was getting over cancer and bloods were really low and so was my immunity..

Despite being an airborne virus.. I didnt get it..

The only difference is that I drink Masala Chai tea with additional turmeric and black pepper in it..

Hubby now drinks it too. I havent had a flu shot in 5 years as the last one (pre turmeric) made me so very ill for 6 months...
