HbA1c = 36 new units = 5.4?
BP = 137/77
Total serum Cholesterol = 7.2
HDL = 1.6
Ratio HDL to total? = 4.5
weight = 89.8 (fully clothed I might note)
BMI = 28.3
Nurse was not happy with the cholesterol, but accepted that I refuse to take Statins because of the side effects I suffer (general fuzziness, tiredness, exercise not working)
She was also happy with my low-carb high-fat diet as it was obviously working (well apart from the Cholesterol figures)
