Today was the big day! When I'm on my own my fastest 5K time was 38:59, I have had the official timing yet but I think I've pulled out a 33:30 or there abouts today :)

what a feeling :) 5k is the hardest distance to conquer

We're in debates over the Loch Ness 10k at the end of September. Based on the struggle today though maybe that's a bit premature!

seriously you can do it, the distances get easier, the first 5k is huge, if you can do 5k that fast, you can slow down and do 10k i promise

Would have been faster if it wasn't for the hills! Managed to power on and get up them though

Next 5K is on 8th June :)
