Good morning just taken my 2 hour test since breakfast and it reads 5.2
How do you get 9 grams of carbs from 75g porridge! Ignoring the soluable fibre 50% of the oats is carbs so that is 38g. If I also ignore 50% as resistant starches that is 19g (I am being generous and this depends on the how the oats are produced). Then we have the blueberries and also did you use milk or water. If you made it with milk you need to account for the carbs in the milk which are not insubstantial. So as you see you are having anything from 25g carbs to nearly 50g. That isnt a problem unless your meter says so but just so you recognise that.Good morning all my friends 8.45am just had breakfast 75g of porridge(carbs 9g and 40g blueberries 4 carbs will test again in 2 hours
Total carbs 13g
