first week

Was just reading about bullet proof coffee on here, gonna give that a go over the weekend if I can get coconut oil,;)
You don't have to wait till you get the oil.
I've not got that yet but three mornings a week a coffee with a sweetener and a tale spoon of unsalted butter ... like rocket fuel.
Don't have it late in the day!
 
Hope you get on ok, let me know if that's ok.hope your diabetic nurse is a bit more clued up than mine, according to othetd on this forum I wsd told all the wrong info, I.e eat carbs with every meal low fat etc, good job she also suggested coming on here lol

lol lol yes I will Jan. The information sounds the same as mine- get an 'eatwell plate'. Eat a balanced diet. :)
