Fish Fillets

Bread and beans?? And what is passata?
Ok so maybe Scandi has lost her marbles it is early morning

psssst LCHF remember

Yes, I know exactly what you mean.......I don't like fish, but find that Panga is perfect as it hasn't got a fish smell or taste.
I cook mine in microwave sealable bags and add whatever I fancy, usually half a tomato and a couple of tablespoons of frozen peas , plus seasoning, herbs, a few drops of lemon juice then seal the bag and put in microwave.
Follow the instructions for timing, adding extra time for, peas etc.,
Take care not to steam your hand when opening.
Many people will give you dire warnings about this fish.....best to decide if you are going to eat it and then never mention it.
I know quite a few secret Pang eaters now!
Good luck
Patallan

My favorite is salmon, fresh tuna and sea bass. I always cook them with a knob of butter and some seasoning in foil in the oven becaue I can't stand the house smelling of fish when cooked any other way

Sounds good but what seasoning Nobelhead and what heat on the oven please :)

We just add some lemon juice, parsley, black pepper and a sprinkle of sea salt, if I'm making it I also add some sliced garlic :)

edit, forgot to say, a hot oven meaning 250 (electric) or 8 (gas oven).

Forget the bread. Pasata is puréed chopped tomatoes so smooth. Beans are a source of protein so recipe ok. Apart from bread. Using recipe before diabetes. Yes it was early morning and yes I have lost my marbles but they've been gone for ages! :hilarious:
