I have a low carb vegetarian diet and am looking to increase my HDL. Been vegetarian for 36 years. Any suggestions welcome.

I am fortunate to have high HDL. Unsure whether I have good genes or whether it's the extra virgin olive oil or the mixed nuts. Hope you find something that works for you!

Just going Low Carb High Protein Higher (than currently recommended) Fat, Raised my HDL and lowered my Triglycerides. But I'm an omnivore!
