I all so over the past few months I've been getting quite allot of foot pains, I'm hoping it's not Neuropathy, so the heal hurts when I stand on it and so does the ankle area, I've not fallen or landed on it. My levels are good most of the time and I workout 5 times a week, weights and also gymnastics. Any ideas what it could be?

I could not even guess as to a cause, but I have had some horrendous interludes since the AZ Covid jab - which I thought could have been the end of me - where it was like walking on hot coals just to stand up.
When I got some relief from multiple layers of foam innersoles, I cut some lambskin to the same shape and put it into sandals with velcro adjustable straps, so as not to squash my feet. That was such a relief. over a couple of days the intensity of pain reduced and in a week it was gone - it might have got better anyway, I can't tell, but I am still using them as they are so cushioning and comfortable.

There are lots of foot issues that are unrelated to diabetes (eg I have plantar fasciitis and got orthotics and advice on shoes from a podiatrist which has fixed my issues.) In your position I'd talk to your GP and/or a podiatriat.

I'd agree with Ellie's assessment. My housemate has plantar fasciitis
and wears orthotics. But you definitely need to consult with a medical
professional for an accurate diagnosis, as pain in the feet can have
different causes, as per:
