    Hello can anyone recommend a app that’s not asking for money so I can check carbs please

    My fitness pal works pretty good, you can track all your macros. Or just enter a food to find it’s nutritional value

    I used carb manager while I was learning. Once you've got the settings right it was OK. I didnt link it to anything.
    Now I just use it to check new food

    Another +1 for MyFitnessPal ... gives you the option to put recipes and often used meals too - all for free.
