Free libre sensors

I've been looking at this approach and wondering, do the sensors 'snag' on clothing? Has anyone had any problems with the sensors popping off their arm?

I always cover my sensors with plasters to stop me from knocking them off when getting dressed or undressed.
 
Hi. Mine stick like glue (literally) and take a lot of pulling off. Peoples skin types appear to vary a lot. They don't snag on clothing as the sensor 'disc' has a very rounded edge and is quite thin anyway. I have never needed plasters and happily have never had any skin inflammation even though I react to Tegaderm.
 
Like @Diabell, I find my Libre stick like limpets.
I have heard bra-straps are the arch-nemesis of Libre sensors but most people get used to them and change their dressing approach.
Once dressed, I have never had an issue of any clothing getting snagged.
 
I use tegaderm over mine because I swim a lot. I lost my first one in 9 months yesterday, but I think due to the heat rather than it snagging. Abbot are replacing it for me (free). They are very good at doing this if there are any issues with a sensor.
 
Limpets on me too!
I did catch one on a door jamb in the early days, wont do that again - it hurt!
And had one where the adhesive failed to stick to the sensor so it came off, but the adhesive was still on me - they replaced that one free of charge
 
Just had two in a row fall off early, didn't catch them, but there was no glue left on them when they came off. Normally they stick like a limpet to me, and not had one fall off since early days of using libre1. Abbott have replaced both of them.
Tried a few different patches in the early days, but get a sore itchy rash after anything from 10 minutes to 2-3 days.
 
They stick very well to me, I am however actively clumsy, physical job, always doing something diy, riding bikes so changing clothes a lot, so I have knocked off loads, both on door frames and walls, also tshirt arm holes have caught a few and pulled them off. Abbott have always been very easy to deal with and replaced them all no questions asked

edit, this is not advice at all, I am currently experimenting with different placements, I have this one on upper chest, readings are perfect, very slightly stinging, kind of sensitive. I did try it on my thigh but it got progressively uncomfortable, I tried it on a second sensor and ripped it off early, got really sore and has left me with an itchy rash, never get rashes normally. I also got compression lows on my thigh at night. I might try opposite chest next one.

I found they were accurate on my chest, but it's a pain they're not licensed for use there, so you have to finger prick blood levels for driving.

Yes, I had that issue in my libre days, also lost one when rubbing my arm against my car window when reaching for a car parking ticket....
 
Mine fall off pretty regularly but Abbott always replace them. Unfortunately I’ve never found anything to stick over them to which I’m not allergic.

@Antje77 my bra straps need to get the memo too!
 
I tried them and the first one fell off- Libre did not help at all as I was a type 2 on no medication and they 'are not designed for that type of user'. I was disappointed but am planning to try again. The second one did last the whole time though.

I didn't get a reaction although I am allergic to every time of bandaid around.
 
Mostly adhere quite well for me but lost a few getting out of the car.
