Freezing feet

Hi
My feet have started to get really cold at night
When it was warmer I laughed how they were cooling me down
Last night I had to wear thick socks and I think I'm going to have to do this again tonight

Oh poor you, that's miserable! Might be worth checking with your medical team, in case it's something quite unrelated to diabetes. Meanwhile, see if you can find any thinner socks that are insulating, rather like those Thinsulate gloves one can buy. I don't know if they sell them, but worth a google!

Meanwhile I hope you don't get cramp when your feet are very cold - I know I do at night, in the winter, and it's an absolute pain in every sense of the word!

Hi. Thank you for the sock advice definitely going to look at it. I saw doctor last week and it's definitely diabetes related
