Hi I have newly been diagnose with diabetes type 2 by the Dr this morning so haven't been to see the nurse who is going to going to explain things in depth with me.
I have noticed that fruit can be high in Sugar and I was wondering what fruit is best

Raspberries best l find blueberrys can bounce me a bit ditto for blackberrys but can still have them in ltd amounts. Get the book carbs and cals full edition (1700 pictures) not the pocket book. Then have a read of the low carb forum here and see about lowering your carbs. You will have a whole variety of folks from some who do 30gram a day to those around 100 to 20+/- a day.
