Fruit

To be honest I have had enough fat of me own glad to shed lots of it and can't wait to get to goal weight And loose the rest! However my diet is no longer working with my sugars! So I have wrote down everything people have kindly suggested and will try every thing so big thanks to all ;)

What is converted rice? Is ordinary Uncle Bens white long grain rice ( Virginia rice I think) converted rice or are you referring to something else?

Yes Uncle Ben's do several types including Converted Rice which is the same as Parboiled Rice

I use Morrison's converted brown rice which has 80% of the nutrients of brown rice but is only 110 cals per 100g whereas normal brown rice has over 300 cals. It has something like 18 g carbs per 100g and I eat 70 g portions. So a portion of this rice with a meal is 13g carbs and 77 cals.

Where Morrisons differs is that it takes ages to cook, 25 mins, whereas Uncle Bens is a few mins.
