I don't actually think there is much difference between a PLAIN yog with a dash of double cream, and a full fat Greek yog.
Just be careful not to buy the ones will all sorts of added junk, sugar and fruit syrups.
There are several brands around that do full fat Greek, Lidl's and Tescos, as mentioned above, and Total do one, I think.
I find yogurt a bit of a dilemma. I love it. It doesn't really love me.
Even the full fat (10%) Greek ones will spike me in the mornings, but I can tolerate it better in the afternoons. I tend ot just have some berries and cream.
My husband has the EasiYo sachets, and loves them, but they are all too carby for me nowadays, even the ones sweetened with stevia, because they are all low fat... maybe I should follow my own advice and glug in some double cream.
