If people haven't heard this before... I thought people might be interested in this interview with Dr. Carrie Diulus. Although I'm Type 2, I found it fascinating.
She's a Type 1 diabetic (developed as an adult) who is vegan and eats a keto diet. She also has celiac disease. She's also an American spinal surgeon.
