Gap Year In Dominican

Does anyone know if Novorapid and Levemir are available in the Dominican Republic? I am taking a gap year there and need to know if I can get them and how much.

Sorry @LeahLC1 This is the only information I could see on this, hopefully someone will see this who knows more, however from reading this article I can only suggest going with plenty of supplies and a good working fridge at your destination.

Leah - Are you referring to the Dominican Republic, or Dominica? They're not a million miles apart but very different indeed.

Found this, ignore the nastiness at the start, a few comments in it says insulin available over the counter. No idea of exchange rate so not sure on cost
