I have seen many threads online which relate to herbal patches which are supposed to help with glucose level control by just sticking them on your body. All seems too good to be true so has anyone had any experiences using these, if they are that good at controlling glucose levels surely they would be available on prescription?

The greatest impact on blood glucose levels is diet (for a person with T2). There are no short cuts, save your pennies and treat yourself to some top quality proteins and healthy fats.

    Hello Higgsy,

I've never heard of these "patches" - how do they work?
