Hi,
I joined a gym at the end last year and have been going most weeks, I started off with the couch to 5k app, which broke me in gently, I can now jog most of a 5k , and I've been doing a little weights.
I noticed that afterwards I was having hypos, as I usually went to the gym after work and before I ate dinner, I was thinking of drinking one of those sports drinks before and during my workouts , has anyone used them and are they safe for us to use?
I'm type 1
