GOOD AFTERNOON/EVENING.

@liam1955 yes I tease out the roots a little. Your gardening sounds great. I hope you win the lottery so you can have your garden centre. :)

When we do = Win? You'll be 1 of the V.I.P. Guests invited. When the garden is in bloom R will be taking lots of photos to put on the Gardenfile. I will let you know when that happens. He is sat in the hall "pricking out' seedlings and I am watching the Football. Did you noticed on some of the word games it was going of course? I don't like having to say, as I don't want any bad feelings. We have already lost a few people from posting on the threads??????:)

@liam1955 yes I noticed some of the games were going wrong. I'm looking forward to seeing the pictures. And I like the idea of being a guest at the garden centre. :)

Evening all,
I haven't been ignoring you all on purpose, blinking forum either chucks me off or freezes or won't let me post!!!! I couldn't find you & I'm not getting alerts etc. It's a pain in the proverbial. Moan over.

Hope you're all doing well, cwtches & best wishes for those that aren't.

Its been a beautiful day with warm sunny weather

Were having a takeaway for tea as a treat, I like Indian and Mrs Cumbs prefers Chinese!
What good folks do you prefer?

Cold, grey morning here, but quite a nice sunny afternoon, although it's a lot cooler than a week or so ago.
Mmmm, takeaways.... We have Indian, Chinese, Italian, Thai and Greek takeaways locally, as well as good old fish and chips, and (unfortunately) I love them all. Thai is probably my least favourite - can be a bit too hot and spicy - but I don't think I could choose between the others.
There's also KFC, MacDonalds and BurgerKing about 10 miles away.
I'm doomed, I tell you - doomed!!
:(

Crazy weather again here... from being a nice, sunny afternoon, it then got black as your hat, followed by thunder, lightning, torrential rain, hailstones, and now it's been raining heavily ("straight-down rain" as my other half says) for the past hour.
It's so gloomy that I've put the lights on and I'm seriously thinking of putting the **** heating back on again, too.
Harumph!
:grumpy:

Hello everybody. We've had a lovely day today with a barbecue in the sunshine with all our children and grandchildren. Superb. The weather was so very kind today. :)
@liam1955 have you and R been out in the sun?

We've not long got back from my mum's house and there's a birthday party going on next door with a barbeque. I'm hungry now!

Good evening everyone , lovely day ..
Been out watering my garden and neighbours , along with the pots , needed the water ..
Now I am just relaxing , just for a short while X :cat:

Good afternoon

It's a glorious day here, only downside one of the neighbours has extremely loud music going in the back garden so just spoilt my thoughts of sitting reading.

I think I might go for a walk in the local park instead, before or after lunch I'm not too sure on yet.

Have a good day all

Beautiful day here in S Glos. Warm, breezy, sunny. All the songbirds seem to have young now, so I've just put out a big bowl of live mealworms for them.
I'm just going to go and sit in the sunshine and watch them for a bit - "human being, not a human doing".

Yes, I did see it, thanks Clive - I'm going to try the stretching exercises, and might give those in-flight socks a try!

Hmmm, I can't sleep if I have hot feet, though. I have to be able to stick my feet out to cool down from time to time (even in the depths of winter!)
