GOOD AFTERNOON/EVENING.

Good Afternoon Folks :),
Drug Company rang to say I have been accepted to use Stelara a Biological Drug (which have been on before 5 years ago) the delivery has been arranged for Friday, 2 nd December and I can inject it as soon as I get it. Then another injection in 4 weeks time and that is the 'loading dose' and then every 12 weeks I receive an Injection. Just thought I would update you. :) Now, Off for a lay down - feel absolutely terrible today. (Side effects of the Morphine me think?)

Intrigued by the mention of the drug and off to do a wee search. hope you catch up on sleep and feel a little better later.

I think I'm coming out the other end of my lergies. Still concerned about my heart thou. At drs tomorrow to get checked for no infection. Its lingering even though I've thrown everything at it. Might need antibiotics after all. Razor blade throat unless doubled up on over-counter meds still. What a nasty version.

Poor Vicky - it's been a bit of a long haul this one, hasn't it?
The only consolation I can offer is that I came down with whatever this **** virus is on the 24 October and I'm still coughing, spitting and wheezing, although I am starting to feel a bit better now. So all your symptoms might just be down to the virus and not your heart at all... Keeping my fingers crossed for you for tomorrow and sending big hugs xx

I do hope so.
Thank you for support. Do you think dieting is a good idea at times of lergy hits? I think I've run myself down too much.

Morning. Went shopping yesterday & tried new breakfast today. Before breakfast 6.8. 2hours after 6.1! I mixed 1 cup porridge oats, half cup rye flakes, almond flakes, chia seeds, half cup mixed hazel nuts& walnuts, half cup sunflower seeds & half cup pumpkin seeds, mixed together in container, I ate 3tsp with almond milk & 6 blueberries, 2 hours later bgs were 6.1!! But 6.8 before I started eating. Try it again tomorrow

Have seen my GP today - he has instructed me to 'Wean' myself off the Liquid Morphine over the next 14 days. He has prescribed 50mg Tramadol I can take up to 6 of these a day. The Pregabalin has been increased to 200mg and I take these 3 a day.
Told him felt detached from the 'Human Race' and again forgot to take Insulin (that 3days out of past 8 days). I am attempting to be more mobile and doing things even though it takes twice as long and fighting the urge to go and lay down during the day as I just fall asleep and 3 - 4 hours have gone. He has made another appointment for 14th December to assess the situation/pain. Great said R we can go shopping tomorrow = Ha, Ha, Ha - I would rather starve!!!
That's the update. Hope you have all enjoyed the day. And hugs being sent to other poorly members. :) William x

@Liam1955 dont starve Liam! You'll waste away you slim enough haha. Glad to hear your getting your problems sorted out. Good luck. Hope you feel better soon x

made these for Ron today as a treat . @Liam1955 .

That is very kind of you Ron :) But, as I have not eaten much last week or 2 (been off my food) - R bought me this........... And I cannot 'share' because it was a present! (You cannot share presents:D)IMG_20161130_2052020_rewind.jpg

Just had a quarter duck with pancakes and veg smoothered with hoisen sauce. I didn't have to share as they had pizzas.
Christmas decs are going up tomorrow. I'll be supervising. Advent calendars start tomorrow too.
Have extras to buy on tuesday. Tinsel needs renewing and have my eye on 2 half price calender box ornaments ;)
I love Christmas. Kids will be excited more once presents start piling up under the tree. (I'd best get wrapping).
