Good Morning

Morning, everyone.
Is anyone else having problems with the website this morning? It seems to be very, very slow and I don't think it's my computer at fault as other sites are loading as normal...
@Giverny ?

No, not here. I've got the docs at 11.10am as I have a fever and very chesty. Was 38.2C overnight and dipped to 37.8C this morning after paracetamol. It's nice and cool and will drag my ass in at 12pm. Bye.:)

21/7/16 - Good Morning from a Sunny but little cooler York. Have had trouble with accessing the Forum this morning - Internet was OK though. Anyhow, hope you are all well and enjoy the day. :)

First day of the 6wks hols. A lovely lie in and a more relaxed mummy.

Sitting in the garden awaiting the washing machine to finish.
More grocery shopping needed tomorrow. So updating my list.
Sign of aging - lists! lol
I'm in a far better mood now I know my dietary requirements.
Thanks to most posters.

I tried no meds, no metformin and no insulin. I tried strict lchf, moderate lchf and now lower carb (than none diabetics) healthy fats.
I had gone too low carb and had symptoms which made me feel ill.

A more relaxed me is favoured at home so here I am.
Happy family, happy me.

Have a lovely day. I love this cooler temperature too. :)

Lol I must be old before my time - I've always loved a good list! Enjoy your free time, you're sounding more relaxed already

My tablet jumped about a bit but, it is old.
Please remember me @eddie1968 as I don't mind being a charity case to your gadgets. I'm sorry you're ill again. What's kicking it off? Is it my stupid fault for suggesting outings in the rain? Rain got on your chest and caused a problem? I hope not. I hope you're able to shift it quickly.

Good morning from a rainy Central Scotland still muggy though. Feeling awful today, bloods high too - oh the joy of a Scottish summer.
Have a great day today Barbara, Happy Birthday from me and D @Diamum5972

This is other half's chance to join some clubs. Whatever his interests, they need reintroducing to the @13lizanne household.
I just hope not anything oily or dirty lol
Men and their toys!
Then more time for your pleasures Anna.
Its like having a teenager at home on 6wks. They need occupying. Then encouraged to occupy themselves.
I bet you thought your training days were over?
It will be worth it!

How is the pain @debrasue ? I know early days but I hope your pain management is working well. X
Hi Vicky! It's not too bad at the moment, thanks for asking. I've downgraded from the OxyContin to paracetamol and codeine, and I have been plastering the "offending area" in @Galja's Blue Stuff, which does seem to be helping. (Thanks, Galja!)
I went to bed pretty much as soon as it kicked off, and have been doing the stretching exercises the physio prescribed the last time I had it too, and - touch wood - something seems to be working. It's certainly not as bad as the last time I had it, which was absolutely agonising and took 6 weeks to go.
Loved your post about the start of the holidays, BTW. Enjoy!
Hugs x

Morning all, thanks for the birthday wishes. A friend just popped by on her way to work which was nice, I haven't seen her for ages. @ickihun we're going to be big kids later, we're going to watch the new Ice Age movie at the cinema :)
