Good Morning

30/6/16 - Good Morning from a Sunny York:). Hope you are all well and enjoy the day. Tested 3 times within a 30 minute time slot this morning and accepted the best reading (and lowest) of 10.0. Last thing ate last night was some popcorn at 8pm whilst watching Masterchef, had no supper because I cannot eat anything containing fat. Having a Scan today on my Liver and have to fast for 6 hours.
Good luck with the scan, William - let us know how it goes. Hugs x

Hello everyone. I just seem to be overtaken by events I have had lots of visitors to stay and I now have the builders working on the house. I'm trying to get the garden straight but this is like painting the fourth road bridge!!
@debrasue thank you for wondering where I was. I appreciate that :)

@liam1955 are you back from hospital? How are you?

Hi @mo53 it's lovely to see you back on the forum. William has two appointments today, he's at the DN just now then on to the hospital. He's then going to his sister's for tea and won't be back home until around 10pm He'll be delighted to know that you are back on the forum

1/7/16 - Good Morning from a Wet York. Might get more rain, but good for the garden. Hope you are all in good health and have a good day. @13lizanne - Anna, pleased to see you posting :) and good to see you posting also @mo53:)

@13lizanne - Sorry Anna :) I did not word the last thread properly. It wasn't meant to come over the way it did! - shall I just dig myself a bigger hole:D William x

:D Enjoy that Sun @mo53 - it is miserable here in York. Met up with R last night and we did the shopping.:( He is going up to Allotment to pick loads of MY Strawberries. I say My, because the plants were bought as a Birthday present some years ago, and he was bought Raspberries. I'm resting up today, it's the next day my knee plays up, but each and everyday it is getting better, still got a little swelling. :)

Off to the local garden centre for coffee with Yvonne shortly. I better not buy any more plants as I only have 3 slots left for the Tree Ferns:)

Hello @debrasue I hope your day is good. :)
Hello, Mo! Yes, everything seems to be ticking along OK thanks. I had a case of cellulitis last week but it seems to be responding to treatment, thank goodness, and I feel a lot better. The weather's pretty rubbish - windy, chilly and cloudy - but I've done some LC baking for the freezer this morning, got dinner prepped for tonight, done a load of housework, and I'm all caught up ready to do some proofreading this afternoon. I've given myself this weekend off work, too, which is a rarity, but the weather's supposed to be nice on Saturday and the family are coming over for a barbecue. I see you've been busy with visitors and renovations, too! Nice to see you on the forums. Big hugs xx
:)

Hello @debrasue I'm sorry to hear about the cellulitis , good news it's responding to treatment. The BBQ sounds smashing! I hope the weather is kind to you:)
