Good Morning

Morning all , not to bad with the weather at the minute . Ron had another restless night more seizures.
 
Morning all, it's a bit cloudy at the moment but clearing up later. I'm going somewhere different later, our main Co-op closed down last year so our nearest one is in a little suburb 10 minutes walk away. It's a lovely place, it's got lots of little independent shops and it has a very "villagey" atmosphere. I'm looking forward to having a good mooch around the shops, especially the deli!
 
13/8/16 - Good Morning from a Sunny and very windy York. Have a good day and hope you are all well. Sending out hugs to those who are not so good :). We are going out to visit a Royal Horticultural Society in the lovely town of Harrogate today.

Morning from a dull but dry W.Scotland. Yesterday was a monsoon lol. Currently doing toast and tea. :)
 
Morning all dull here in north notts this morning had Trouble with my left leg not wanting to work again yesterday evening so slept on sofa woke around midnight and still wouldn't work but managed to get upstairs lot of pain in my leg now but it is moving some what now .

Oh dear, Ron - I'm sorry to hear that. I wish they'd hurry up and get things sorted for you, this must all be driving you absolutely crazy. I hope you can rest up a bit today as you probably didn't get much sleep last night. Sending big hugs x
 
Good morning peeps!
It's an overcast, blustery day in South Glos this morning and quite cool again. I never really enjoy this part of the summer - everything's winding down for the end of the season; the trees and hedgerows look dusty and tired, the birds are still scruffy and moulting, the garden flowers are wilting and dying off, the roads are jammed with tired and irritated holidaymakers, and the weather is even more unreliable than usual.
Roll on Autumn, I say, then let's get Winter out of the way and it will soon be Spring again!
I hope everyone has a good day. Special thoughts for the poorly peeps.

Morning all...warm but cloudy today here in Cambridge. Catching up on overnight terrific Olympic success:) amazing!!

Heather Stanning is Yvonne's client's (95 years old) great grand daughter...so we were so excited to see them take Gold:)

Morning folks. I wasn't able to go to the Co-op yesterday because I had to go to the DWP, so I'm going today instead. I'm looking forward to a nice Saturday afternoon stroll in the leafy suburbs :)

@Diamum5972 dwp appointments should come with a high bg warning. lol They dont get diabetes. I dont suppose they get autistic young people either. Shame on them.
 
Morning all , seizure free night yes. So needed the sleep , even went to bed before Ron left him watching a film. Didn't even wake up when he came to bed . Have a great day . Love and hugs to you all @ickihun no more hypos I hope .

Good morning peeps!
After a cool and cloudly start, it was a gorgeous day down here in S Glos yesterday, but a pretty hot and humid night. It's another cool and cloudy start this morning, but the forecast for today says it's likely to stay that way.
Might have a baking day today - the low-carb brownies have been mysteriously disappearing, and I have an urge to create something like @hornplayer's plum and amaretto cheesecake, although I think I'm going to use prunes instead of the plums. I'll post a recipe if it's any good...
I hope everyone has a lovely day today, and special thoughts for the poorly peeps.

All this talk of food debs is making me hungry .
Morning all dull again here thing will be doing some work on the new model yacht today bit of a beast at 4ft long but will look good once finished and on the water .
