Got a question

Eat less food!

I've been about the same weight, give or take a few pounds here or there for 30 years on insulin. I'm approaching middle age - 50th birthday coming up soon - aargh! so I'm always paying attention to middle age drift.

Try soups: bit of chicken broth, tart it up a bit by poaching an egg in it, or some tortellini, or some cod or haddock. The water in the soup fills you up with nil calories.

Homemade soup is delicious xx

I've only had diabetes for about 5 months . An was wondering what's the best way to lose weight .

Eat healthy foods, avoid junk food, move around as much as you can or actively take exercise. Ssssh! Don't tell anybody about my secret diet, though.
