One thing I have started doing in recent years is freezing grapes and eating them as a snack instead of Ice Cream or Ice Lollies.
They have a Low Gi Index and a relatively low in carbs compared to a similar sized portion of ice cream and ice lollies.
You can either eat them as is or blend them up to make sorbet
give it a try I'd like to hear if anyone else has tried freezing any other fruits with similar results
