A fantastic “38 mmols/mol” down from 46 last Dec 2017 and 85 on diagnosis last Sept 2017.
The Consultant Endocrinologist also said I’m Type 2 going into remission!
Reduced to one tablet of Metformin from tomorrow!
I had prayers, anointing of oil / healing for the sick in our Christian congregation.

Very well done! Keep up the great work.
Well done, that's an inspiration to me to keep me going. Can I ask how many of metformin you were taking before being reduced to 1 tablet.
Thank you

Thanks for that. I've been told to increase my metformin to the same as you were taking. As I don't like taking medication I'm not to happy but knowing that you have been told to reduce them once you've controlled your BG levels has made me feel a little better.
Well done once again and thank you.
Thanks for sharing. it's nice to see a regime that is not quite so strict and to see that it is working great (for some at least). I know everybody is different but your choices show that lower as opposed to very low CAN work. Trial and error like most people advocate.
I’m afraid Ketogenic and ultra low carb diet doesn’t work for me although I would highly recommend it.
But as you said we are all different.
Why don’t you give my Endocrinologist a phone call?
I’ve had enough of your insulting and sarcastic remarks to be honest.
What works for your diet doesn’t work for everyone.
Understand?

the normal for me ,, supermarkets , bakers , tea stalls, etc, i do try packed lunches sometimes, but mainly sandwiches or rolls , salad in the warmer months, but im a bit old fashioned , and like hot or warm foods in the colder months, and i do drink a lot of teaIt takes a bit of thought and some forward planning, but it is perfectly possible to find the right foods while working on the road all day. What sort of places do you go to for your meals while out on the roads?
