Breakfast:
Fried eggs, omelette
Cheese
Corned Beef
Bacon
Smoked Salmon
Fresh Cherries with full fat yogurt
Lidl high protein roll
Lunch / Dinner:
Salmon (poached or fried) with steamed vegetables or salad
Or Fried / Roast chicken with stir fried vegetables
Or Chicken curry with steamed vegetables and brown rice
Or Chicken chow mein (low carb mung bean noodles)
Or Chicken Soup with mixed vegetables
Or Fried / Steamed Sea Bass with mixed vegetables and brown rice
Or Beef Stew with mixed vegetables
Or Sashimi and salad
Fats:
Olive oil, butter, avocado oil, cold pressed rapeseed oil, walnut oil
Snacks:
Olives, hard cheese, pecans, walnuts, sliced cucumbers, carrots, celery, bean sprouts, avocados.
Fruits:
Low glycemic fruits only such as cherries, plums, apricots, apples and pears.
Dessert:
Low carb Keto cakes, ice cream and chocolates (all homemade with Stevia).
I’m a moderate carber (brown rice, brown pasta, Lidl high protein rolls, mung bean glass and egg noodles - all in moderation and controlled portions) as they don’t spike me!
