Great weight loss

Since I posted last I have been uping my yogs and low carb diet. It's not hard and I feel so much better. Can walk distances with out puffing. Thus i put down to yoga. I have also list 2st in weight and this is the low carb diet. I'm in a size 20 top instead of a 24. My trouser flap at the sides
No potatoes no cake no bread no sweets and check for carbs when shopping. I feel so happy

Well done Frosty! The reduction in dress sizes can get expensive. I took to frequenting charity shops to donate my big clothes and buy some smaller ones
