Thankyou for the advice.
I'm currently taking low carb protein shakes and was looking for simething else to help with muscle mass. Any ideas

Most people get creatine naturally through seafood and red meat.

Any type 2 diabetic know if you can take creatine muscle supplements?

I take it, doc says my kidneys are fine. I didn’t front load. It’s a well studied supplement. But you should consult your doctor.,

Yeah, I take creatine, too.

It was one of the best supplements to take. It is so well studied.

You must be getting seriously into training if your looking at creatine?

but to be fair there is only a hand full of supplements worth taking. The rest are just a waste of money.

They are.

Protein
Vit C and D
Zinc and magnesium
Cod liver oils
and creatine.
