The place where my DN and also my dietician work have a lot of different services. So I booked in for a smoking cessation consultation. I just got a text message:

"Hi xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx after your gym session on 27th February there will be a short smoking cessation session" (emphasis mine)

Gym session?! I never signed up for this. I don't even have a leotard. I guess I'll have to buy one :( Do they have men-style leotards? Maybe I can rent one

I might not need to rent one. My low glucose alarm will probably go off after we start the star jumps. I hope they start with star jumps

Actually, adjusting my low glucose alarm to 11 right now

I usually go in shorts or sweatpants and a t-shirt, so does my husband.
