I have 2 things against ham (which I actually like)
However, my biggest annoyance is "traditional wafer thin ham". There is nothing traditional about see-through ham. Believe me, it wasn't like that in the old days! It's just a ruse to make it look like you're getting a lot when you're not.
- It is very high in protein. I believe that the daily amount of protein should be limited, so all cold meats push me towards that limit. It is also not very fatty, so there is no plus side. Not as bad as chicken breast, though.
- It is processed food, which I try to avoid.
