Yes, I love the super-bolus, too, though I only take 50% of the basal rate for the next three hours. It works for me.
Yep, that's what an extended bolus is intended for & may help with.Not advisable for high fat or low GI meals as they are slowly absorbed
(in spite of being brown rice and relatively low GI overall)
I need to get a pump!! I eat a lot of low GI foods and this sounds a great way of stopping the spike.
how do you cope with the super bolus then go for exerciseAnything that spikes you . Mainly simple carbs, rice, bread. Not for anything high in fat like pizza or fish&chips

I would never use super bolus before exercise. You do reduction of insulin before exercise. Super bolus would be rather dangerous!how do you cope with the super bolus then go for exercise
