Welcome. I'm so sorry you've lost loved ones due to diabetes... Hopefully we'll be able to help you, and maybe other friends and family members, beat this. If you have questions, ask, there's usually someone around with answers.

Have you been diagnosed as a diabetic or are you here in support of a loved one?

I know my daughter lurks on here a fair bit to find ways to help me and while that is awesome (as she is as well) the best help for me has been reading around on this site.

If you are a diabetic it is helpful if your profile lists your type and any medication you are on. This information allows people to give more specific advice.
