I just had a phone call from my diabetic nurse, my HBA1c (did i get that right) has gone down from 6.9 in December to 5.6 on Monday, i'm so pleased she said its perfect for pregnancy so if i get pregnant tomorrow there will be no problems 
I just had to share that
