The pot of Hartley's "no added sugar" jelly is 1g per 100g, there is 115g per pot
The Hartley's "sugar free" crystals vary per flavour. Blackcurrant is 15.4g per 100g there is 23g in pkt. (4g) Raspberry 17g/100g (4g)
Hi, new to all the Diabetes (Type1) so the best option is sugar free Hartley pots?
Also can anyone recommend snacks as I really struggle with finding healthy snacks for dinner/evening after main meals.
I'll probably get told off for giving advice considered only suitable for a type two, but as you are asking specifically - I often have a dessert of real custard (eggs and cream) or just the cream, or Greek yoghurt with berries and sugar free jelly.
For festive occasions I make a trifle with sponge made with ground almond.
