Thank youGreat result well done!
Thank you so muchBe proud! Your efforts have well and truly paid off.
Very true. I’m also part way through an NHS prevent diabetes course but the benefits of such a diet is not one they promote. Hopefully they’ll catch up in time.Great news! and a testimony and what people can achieve with hard work after being given the correct information.
Thank you and yes, I‘ve found a few I enjoy and also many recipes that allow me to bake yummy LCHF treats as well.Congratulations well done - lots of low carb treats out there to celebrate with. Enjoy your success.
Fab result - A Big well done you!Feeling very happy today having just received my HbA1c test result. Five months on from a reading of 44 mmol it is now down to 38 mmol. A big thank you to everyone who offered dietary advice and encouragement. A LCHF has definitely paid dividends. I will continue as I am as I’m happy with the diet I’m now on, but I may now allow myself the occasional treat

Thank youYou’ve cracked it, brilliant result well done!
Hi, I’ve followed advice from this forum rather than the NHS course. I’ve cut out bread, grains, pasta, rice etc. Wholemeal or otherwise. Potatoes as well. Anything high carb really. I buy some low carb substitutes from the Seriously Low Carb store so I can still make a sandwich. That's amazing, very well done!! I've just been diagnosed with prediabetes my reading was 42, determined to reverse it, but not sure where to start. Did you do this diet? I've been referred to NHS program but not sure it's going to be any good, listening to others. I need guidance on what I can and cannot eat?
