HbA1c going down...

Was 53 when diagnosed in December, first 3 month test back today and is 45, so progress, but keen to get it down in non diabetic range. Dr and DN were both flagging Metformin when diagnosed and we agreed we'd 'wait and see' so hoping 45 lower enough to stick with diet and exercise only.

Bearing in mind 45 is in the pre-diabetic range, and you have already lowered your score, I think staying off meds shouldn't be an issue.
