As ever I am optimising and who better to advise than you lovely bunch.
My question relates to nuts, fruit and veg intake for those with a HbA1c of 35 (5.4%) or less, how much do you have. I am not looking for exact measurements in Oz or grams (unless you measure), just wanting to see if there is a correlation between lower numbers and nuts, fruit and veg.
I have 2 to 3 larger strawberries, 5-6 raspberries and black berries and around 10 blueberries. On around half my meals between a quarter and a third of a plate of mixed low gi veg and around three quarters of a cup of mixed nuts.
