Hba1c, maintaining weight and keeping the balance

My last Hba1c was up from 33 to 36 so I really understand your disappointment. Following advice from other members of the forum, I started using MySugr which gives me an estimated figure of 4.8% (is 29) which is considerably lower than the lab result. This has made me feel a bit more positive about it. As for maintaining weight, I make low carb/high calorie cakes, biscuits and sausage rolls which I eat if I find my weight is going down...( pork scratchings also help!)

I'm feeling finer now, I'm over it. Got to focus on moving ahead. I would love to move in the direction of home made low carb cakes/biscuitsand sausage rolls!!!
