HbA1c now 5.8!!!!

I just got back from the DSN and my new official HbA1c is 5.8

I mean, I new low-carbing would work. I have followed lost of you guys and saw your progress - but I sort of didint think t would work so well and so fast for me

and it has!!!!!

sorry, will stop waffling now - but I am soooo happy

(oh, and I have lost another kg too)

I was never in any doubt that you'd do it. It's been a pleasure watching your progress, and especially the amount of consideration you've given every step.

Now that you've defeated diabetes, what are you going to do next?
