I had my latest results and appointment with my Diabetic Specialist Nurse today who informed me my HbA1c was 36, down from 40 in July 2018 and 81 at diagnosis in March 2018, needless to say i'm very pleased! She also hinted about new literature that she's waiting for that encourages reducing the carbohydrate portion in the diet of T2 diabetics.

    A good day :)
